What is your return policy?

We have a 30-day return policy, which allows customers to request a return within 30 days of receiving their item. To initiate a return, please contact us at everdreamzusa@gmail.com. Please note that certain items, such as personal care goods and sale items, are non-returnable.

How long does it take to receive a refund?
